At Peace Coffee, we want you to love every brew; if you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase for a resolution. Due to the perishable nature of our fresh-roasted beans, we generally do not accept physical returns of coffee but are happy to offer replacements or refunds.

Return Process

    Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue you experienced with your coffee or merchandise.

    Provide Necessary Details

    Include photos of any damaged packaging or specific details regarding the quality of the product to help us improve our roasting and shipping processes.

    Receive Authorization

    Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a return authorization for gear or confirm your eligibility for a coffee replacement or refund.

  • 4.
    Resolution Processing

    Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, or a new shipment of fresh beans will be dispatched at no extra cost.
